19-20 dates
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
2.5 tablespoons starch
1 cup sugar
1 packet of vanilla
For:large chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Remove the seeds of dates. Add 4-5 tablespoons of water. Pour the Rondo until the mashed consistency. Add the remaining milk, flour, starch and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Cook continuously stirring until the custard consistency. When the custard begins to get consistency, add vanilla and date mashed. Mix and boil another stone and take from the stove.
Divide the palm-dated custard into service vouchers. After coming to room temperature, refrigerate. Rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, sprinkle the large chopped walnut on it and serve.
