Why not chicken?
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
750 g bamya
1 onion, chopped
500 g chicken chestnut chestnut
Green pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
2 tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper
Preparation:heat half of olive oil and lemon juice in a non-combustible pan. Add the washed and extracted barium. Bake on low heat until the colors turn slightly.
