Rice Chicken Recipe

try the chicken wrap with rice.

 

1 cup rice
4 pieces chicken breast
2 cups water
Half a lemon
40 gr cashews
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Basil
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half a teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Freshly chopped black pepper
Salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Half a teaspoon of butter
Preparation:chop the chicken meat with a knife and then chop the meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Wash and drain rice with plenty of water. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and half a tablespoon butter melt. Cook the chopped onion and kaju pistachios for 2-3 minutes. Continue stirring by adding the rice. Add all the spices, salt and water, except Basil. Cook until the lid is closed. When the rice is completely drained, turn off the fire and add the basil and let it cool. Fill the rice in the chicken meat and wrap it tightly with aluminum foil and cover the ends. Place in the oven pan and add the hot water until it reaches half and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the foil and fry for a few minutes in a nonstick pan, adding less butter. Slice and serve hot.
