Chicken Stuffed Recipe


1 whole chicken (better be large))
for internal rice:

1/2 cup rice
3 cups hot water 
half a cup of rice 
half a bunch of parsley
on request, I did not use the half-Cay bardagi kuş uzumu (kuş uzumu))
half cup of water
For the chicken sauce :

2 tablespoons water 
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper 
1 teaspoon black pepper 
1 tsp oregano 
add the rice and salt to the pot until the color of the pistachios is a little yellow. 
leave the parsley in hot water for half an hour,cut in small pieces, parsley, black pepper, add the rice with the size of the bird and stir gently, then add the chicken stir a little salt, then fill the rice with the chicken stir until it is dry, or sewing it with cotton string.grate the garlic sauce for the chicken,yogurt,red pepper flakes,nutmeg, salt and plenty of pepper to each side of the chicken mix well put the chicken in the oven bag, combine beautifully, in a way that remain the mouth of the bag slightly open connect, and bake at 200 degrees until nicely browned, you can cook and serve
